Align With Your Purpose.
Like many people in this world, we all wonder the same thing, “What’s my purpose in life and when will I find it?” Some say you’ll just know when it happens. Others will tell you don’t rush it because it will come to you when you’re ready. There’s no age limit to finding your purpose so don’t stress if you haven’t quite figured it out yet. Today I want to give you four tips to help you get going in the right direction.
Get focused- eliminate all your distractions because you need clarity. You need to declutter every aspect of your life which includes your mind, home, car, desk, phone, and relationships with others. Throw away things you no longer need or use. This includes cutting people off who no longer deserve to be in your life. Just declutter and watch how light and free you begin to feel. You also need to set yourself free from any bad decision you’ve ever made. You can’t walk into your purpose carrying around guilt, shame, pain, and grudges from something that happened in the past. Stop holding onto that heaviness because it’s just clouding your mind by bringing you confusion. Let it go and release yourself from the pain so you can heal and move on. Remember the body carries pain so free yourself.
Be intentional- become intentional with your time and your actions. You just can’t keep going with the flow because that’s how you lose out on time. Your time is too precious for that because 9 times out of 10 it’s not going anywhere. So in order to be intentional with your time you need to have goals. Not just yearly goals, but daily, weekly, and monthly ones. It’s time to take care of business. Become intentional with your path in life. Change your behavior, change the way you talk, and change the way your carry yourself. Make space for what you expect to come by making space for your purpose.
Get in alignment- ask God to guide your feet so that you can stay on your predestined path. Once you’re in alignment, doors will open for you and things will begin to make sense. The people you meet and encounters you have will begin to make sense. Everything you went through and dealt with will come to light. You know we always wonder “why me,” but there is purpose in everything we endure. So instead of crying over it, think of the lesson you can gain from it. You may even begin to see messages of synchrony. Most of the time if it feels right then you’re in alignment, if it doesn’t feel right then you’re not. Either way let your intuition guide you and learn how to listen to it.
Higher version- As you grow in this process, you will grow in your purpose and into this higher version of yourself. You’re different and you’re unique. You are not meant to fit in and do what everyone else is doing. Sometimes you can’t see what’s ahead, but you must envision your higher self doing it exceedingly and abundantly so accept the change that’s taking place. The road to your purpose may be lonely and difficult, but it’s well worth it. Do you have faith to sustain the course? Can you imagine this new you? Keep pushing, don’t be that person who lives in regret.
